Gimic is a plugin for IT Service Management (ITSM) Platforms. Our work was inspired by our founder's experience handling DevOps for Transaction Processing Systems as a Software Developer at Amazon. We are based in New York City! 

The product integrates onto ITSM platforms, to provide automation for repetitive, time consuming tasks. We provide this automation at a task-specific level for work like:

- Deployment Rollbacks

- Stuck workflow re-execution,

- API access requests,

- Cluster Migration,

- Scaling/descaling requests,

- Change Management Template Generation,

- Credential Rotation,

This work is documented in SoPs or Runbooks, which our platform automatically executes. Gimic’s agentic layer bridges the gap between deterministic workflows and human-written processes. Unlike others, we solve runbook automation in place within the ITSM.
