Gina's Gelato is a small-batch gelateria and dessert shop producing everything onsite using traditional ingredients. All desserts here are 100% handcrafted from ground zero using all-natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives. Gina sources ingredients as locally as possible, including the local coffee and teas on offer, and produces gelati & sorbetti all year round alongside a rotating menu of handmade desserts like creme brulee, cookies, donuts, and pastries, as well as her housemade chai and cider.

Gina's lineup includes classics and seasonal offerings, which can be enjoyed inside or on our patio, both designed to provide more refined spaces than many might expect from a frozen dessert shop.

Our shop's commitment to craftsmanship and authenticity in food is unwavering, exemplified by an arduous process that includes making all elements in-house. From grinding nuts for nut pastes and nut flours, producing in-house condensed milk, baking her own graham crackers, and etc. Gina's Gelato strives for an authentic taste of dessert luxury in Nelson, BC.
