David Coutelle

David Coutelle has extensive experience in the fields of engineering, urban development, and environmental management. Currently serving as Directeur des métiers and Directeur du département Eau Energie Ville et Territoire at Ginger since January 2016, David previously held multiple leadership roles at BURGEAP from February 2011 to April 2023, including Directeur international and Directeur du Département Bâtiment, Energie et climat (ICE). Earlier positions include Responsable activité Process at Aristot Consultant, Expert Developpement Urbain for the European Commission, and Ingenieur Procede at SUEZ. David also volunteered as a humanitaire with ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM and worked as an Ingénieur d’études at Eastman Kodak Company. David holds an engineering degree in Genie Chimique from ENSIC, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
