Lucas Failla is an engineering graduate currently working as an Ingénieur d'étude at GINGER Burgeap, specializing in Thermal and Energy solutions within the EDA sector, focusing on decarbonization and sustainable development. Lucas previously interned at CEA, where they developed expertise in infrared thermography and thermal projection technologies. They also gained practical experience in engineering during an internship at EIFFAGE ENERGIE SYSTEMES, where they participated in maintenance and operational tasks for HVAC systems in a healthcare facility. Active in student-led initiatives, Lucas served as the Human Resources Manager at IdéSYS, the junior enterprise of their school, enhancing their management skills. Lucas is further pursuing a master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS).
