Yannick Pascal

Yannick Pascal is a seasoned professional in the geotechnical field, currently serving as the Responsable agence Guadeloupe at Ginger since March 2025. Prior to this role, Yannick held the position of Responsable agence at FONDASOL from January 2022 to February 2025 and worked as Ingénieur chef de projet in the Direction technique at SOL ESSAIS for the latter part of 2021. From October 2015 to February 2021, Yannick was also Responsable agence at Groupe Géotec, focusing on the development of the agency. Earlier in the career, Yannick worked as an Ingénieur géotechnique at ABESOL from April 2006 to July 2015 and as a Technicien/Géotechnicien/Sondeur at Intrasol from 1996 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Géologie / sciences de la Terre from the University of Montpellier (2011-2012), a Maitrise and Licence in the same field, and a DUT in génie civil from Université de Nîmes.
