Chip Warner

Chip Warner is currently the CEO at Ginger Cove, following a diverse career in leadership within senior living and nonprofit sectors. They previously served as the CEO of Vinson Hall Retirement Community and held various executive roles at Erickson Living, including Vice President of Corporate Operations and Regional Vice President of Operations, managing a significant portfolio of continuing care retirement communities. Chip's background also includes military service as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where they worked as a nuclear engineering officer and an English instructor at the Naval Academy. Chip earned a BS in English with Honors from the United States Naval Academy, an MA in English Literature from the University of Maryland College Park, and an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School.
