Demis Estabridis has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Demis currently serves as the Head of Innovation at Gini, where they shape innovative ideas in the payments industry using data insights and AI technology. Prior to this, they were the Lead Product Manager at Gini. In 2016, they held the position of VP of Product & Engineering at Bend. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología. Before that, they served as the CEO & Digital Strategy Director at Creatiwebs SAC from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they were the CEO & Head of Product at Bar2me.com during the same time period. In 2007, they worked as an SAP Functional Analyst for HR, Legal, and Health & Safety at Hochschild Mining. Prior to that, they held the role of an SAP HR Consultant at BCTS Consulting from 2006 to 2007. Demis started their career as a New Digital Products Coordinator - Intern at Universidad de Lima in 2005.

Demis Estabridis has a diverse education history. In 1990, they obtained their high school diploma from Alexander von Humboldt. Demis went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima, graduating in 2006. In 2009 and 2010, they completed a Specialization Program in Information Technology applied to Marketing at Universidad ESAN.

In 2015, Demis attended Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología (UTEC), where they studied Strategical Leadership for Engineers. Additionally, during the same year, they completed a program on Big Data and Social Analytics at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In 2018, Demis pursued higher education by enrolling in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at ESMT Berlin. Simultaneously, they attended Yale School of Management for a specialization in the Behavioral Science of Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Demis obtained a certification in Big Data and Social Analytics from MIT in December 2016. Furthermore, in April 2022, they earned the Innovation Coach certification from Strategyzer Bootcamp.
