Patrick Ginn

Patrick Ginn has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Patrick started their own company, Ginn Group, in 2009, where they serve as the Owner and CEO. In this role, they oversee daily operations, coordinates project logistics, advises clients, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

Prior to founding Ginn Group, Patrick worked as the Owner and Broker at Patrick Ginn Real Estate | Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from October 2009 to January 2011. Before that, they served as the Team Manager at Keller Williams Realty from October 2006 to January 2009.

Patrick also has experience as a Transaction Coordinator and Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Equity Group from April 2005 to October 2006. Each role demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the real estate field.

Patrick Ginn's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2015. In 2009, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Golden Gate University.
