Ted Tozer

From 1986 to 2010, Ted Tozer worked at National City Mortgage Company in the role of SVP-Capital Markets. In February 2010, they joined Ginnie Mae as President and CEO, where they were responsible for overseeing the second largest securitization program in the world. Ginnie Mae guarantees the MBS issued by over 400 issuers utilizing a common security and securitization platform.

Ted Tozer attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance. Ted also attended Indiana University Bloomington during the same period and earned another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance.
