Previously, Buffy held key training roles at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, The Francesca's Restaurant Group, Roti Modern Mediterranean, Weber Grill Restaurants, and TGI Friday's, where significant contributions included the development of training programs and the successful opening of numerous restaurant locations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Illinois State University, Buffy has established a reputable career in mentoring, training program design, and operational leadership.
