Paul Jones

Paul Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paul began their career at STACK Velocity Sports Performance as a Performance Coach, where they designed and implemented sports training programs for youth and elite athletes. Paul then transitioned to the role of Sports Performance Director, overseeing the development and implementation of speed, agility, and strength programs.

Paul later joined The Base as a General Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring the company's vision, goals, and standards were met. Paul successfully implemented sales systems, operation protocols, and marketing strategies to deliver a great service and experience to clients.

After their time at The Base, Paul became a General Manager at Xperience Fitness, where they continued to excel in providing excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.

Most recently, Paul worked at IWG plc as an Area Sales Manager, connecting with small business owners and executives to provide flexible workspace solutions. Paul actively drove new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and focused prospecting across 13 locations.

Currently, Paul is working as a Business Development Representative at Gipper, where they are applying their expertise in sales and prospecting to foster B2B relationships.

Paul Jones attended Missouri State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise and Movement Science. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the CSCS certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in September 2015.
