James Walsh

James Walsh is the Managing Director at Giraffe Technology, where they lead the enterprise business in APAC, focusing on the integration of design, planning, and financial modeling to transform feasibility and planning workflows. Previously, they held several key finance roles at Lendlease, including Finance Business Partner and General Manager, where they contributed significantly to large-scale development projects. James has also been instrumental in the creation of the Podium Property Insights SaaS product, optimizing commercial real estate performance through advanced data integration. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney, and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, respectively.
