In addition, James has worked in various roles within the hospitality sector at LOLA Event Staffing and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. James has also held positions as a Sales Representative for AIM Events Limited and as a Team Leader for the Pyramid Intervention Programme. Moreover, they have gained experience as a Computer Programmer for Nippon Seiki Europe BV. and as a Salesman at Volvo Car Group. Furthermore, James has worked as a Representative and promoter for Funky Buddha Club & Whiskey Mist, where they honed their people skills and implemented innovative marketing strategies. Overall, James has a strong background in recruitment, technology, hospitality, and sales.

James Grant attended Pershore High School Sixth Form from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Biology (grade B), Chemistry (grade B), German (grade C), and Psychology (grade A) for their A Levels. James then went on to study Psychology in the field of Social Sciences at the University of West London from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their degree.
