Suma is the founding and board member of Brainpath Consulting; a firm focussing on software and healthcare hiring and Girmiti Software; an innovative software technology and services company in the payments industry.

Suma is also a board member for a couple of start-up companies. She likes to explore new ventures with like-minded and innovative people who specialize in various niche domains.
