Giroscope is a people-focused housing and neighbourhood renewal organisation deeply rooted in the west Hull community in the UK.

With 40 years of experience in neighbourhood renewal, we build new houses and buy and renovate empty or rundown properties to provide genuinely affordable homes for everyone.

We also offer commercial property and enterprise support with social value at its core especially through our flagship regeneration project St Matthews Community Enterprise Centre.

Beyond property, Giroscope offers a dynamic volunteer programme, delivering hands-on work experience, training, and support to help people make connections, develop skills and confidence, and finds routes into employment.

We drive change using a DIY approach to find creative, practical solutions.
