Mathias Mädchen

Mathias M. is an experienced professional in business operations and technology commercialization, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at PureLi since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mathias was a Business Development Manager at the New Jersey Innovation Institute, focusing on the commercialization of the New Jersey Institute of Technology's patent portfolio. Mathias also held positions at Princeton University as a Technology Licensing Assistant, where responsibilities included marketing technologies and managing intellectual property. Earlier experience includes roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Bon Opus Biosciences, Pivotal Retail Group, Algene, and the Waksman Institute of Microbiology, demonstrating a strong background in research, sales, and project management. Mathias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
