Brian Fields

Brian Fields has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Brian currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Counsel / SVP Enterprise Risk Management at Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at STO Building Group from 2015 to 2023. Brian also worked at Alston & Bird LLP as a Counsel from 2012 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Investigative Counsel at the New York County District Attorney's Office from 2007 to 2012. Brian also served as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 2003 to 2006 and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorney's Office from 1997 to 2003.

Brian Fields attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Following this, they attended Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Regulatory and Criminal Law.
