We are GiT — the AI transformation chapter of a technology company with over 20 years of enterprise delivery experience.
Formerly known as Ginco IT, we have spent two decades delivering technology across government, regulated industries, and complex enterprise environments.

Today, that experience is fully focused on one mission: helping organizations operationalize AI securely, practically, and at scale.
We believe the challenge is no longer experimenting with AI — it is governing, deploying, and scaling it consistently across the enterprise

What we do
We help organizations redesign operations and build AI into the foundation of how they work. Our focus is enterprise AI orchestration, governance, risk, compliance, and intelligent automation — with security, sovereignty, and operational control built in from day one.

What we have built
Quanterra is our enterprise AI platform designed for regulated and complex environments.
It combines:
• AI orchestration and agent operations
• Risk intelligence and continuous compliance
• Audit and governance automation
• Contract intelligence and enterprise knowledge systems

Built with sovereign-by-design architecture, Quanterra supports bilingual English and Arabic environments and aligns with frameworks including ISO 27001, COSO, ISO 42001, and major government and financial sector standards.

We are a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner deploying Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio across enterprise and government environments.

Who we work with
Government and public sector entities
• CIOs, CDOs, and AI transformation leaders
• Chief Risk and Audit Executives
• Governance, compliance, and operational leadership teams
Especially organisations looking to move from isolated AI initiatives to governed, production-grade enterprise AI.

HQ: Dubai, UAE.
