Mo AlGermozi

Mo AlGermozi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Mentor - Alumni Associate at Creative Destruction Lab since October 2024, Mo is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in advancing innovative ideas that contribute positively to society. As the Chief Executive Officer of Graphite Innovation & Technologies (GIT Coatings) since its founding in 2017, Mo focuses on sustainable coating solutions for the marine industry. Mo is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Dalhousie Emera ideaHUB and previously held the position of Engineering - International Sales Manager at Mash Mechanical Inc., as well as Technical Sales at Computer Engineering World. Mo holds three degrees from Dalhousie University in Engineering (Materials and Industrial) and a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
