Shawn Mullen

Shawn Mullen is an experienced information technology and field operations professional with a diverse background in the military and technology sectors. Currently positioned as an Information Technology Student at the Global Institute of Technology Services since May 2021, Shawn has completed a Computer and Network Support Technician Program focusing on IT, cyber security, and networking. Prior to this, Shawn served as an Aerostat Operator and Field Engineer Level 3 at TCOM, L.P., supporting flight operations in Afghanistan. Earlier roles include experience in intelligence and surveillance systems at BRAVURA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, INC., and as a Special Agent with the Army Criminal Investigation Division. Military service as an ALSE Technician and UH-60 Blackhawk Maintainer, along with a background in military policing, reflects a strong foundation in technical skills and operational support. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Post University.
