Yuki Furuta

Yuki Furuta has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. They began their career as a Software Engineer at GITAI in April 2019, and currently hold this position. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at GITAI from November 2022 to October 2022. Yuki also served as a JSPS Research Fellow at The University of Tokyo from April 2017 to March 2019. They gained experience in engineering at OKTAL Japon from February 2014 to March 2017. Yuki worked as a Visiting Researcher at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bremen from September 2016 to December 2016. They were a Research Assistant at JSK Lab from April 2016 to July 2016, and a Technical Assistant at JSK Lab from April 2015 to July 2015. In addition, Yuki worked as a Software Engineer at FOVE, Inc. from March 2014 to March 2016. They also had a role as Data Analyst at Recruit in February 2015. Yuki gained internship experience at PredictionIO from October 2014 to February 2015. Lastly, they worked as a Software Engineer at coromo Inc. from January 2014 to December 2014.

Yuki Furuta's education history begins in 2010, when they enrolled at Tokyo University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Mechano-Informatics. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. They continued their academic journey at the University of Tokyo, where they pursued a Master's degree in Robotics from 2014 to 2016. After completing their Master's degree, Yuki Furuta decided to further their studies and obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Robotics from the University of Tokyo. They successfully completed their Ph.D. in 2019.
