David Anolik

David Anolik has a diverse work experience spanning over several fields and industries. David began their career as an Assistant to the Head of Events Department at Yavne Municipality in 2002. Following this, they served in the Israel Defense Forces as an Assistant to the Regiment Commander in the Artillery Corps until 2008. Subsequently, they worked as a Customer Service and Kitchen Manager at Roladin, Rehovot branch in 2008.

In 2009, David joined EL AL Israel Airlines as a Flight Attendant, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they also served as an Israeli Youth Group Counselor at NJY Summer Camp in 2007-2008 and again in 2013. In 2013, they also volunteered as a Campaign Manager for the Mayoral Elections for the City of Yavne.

David then transitioned into the political arena, serving as a Deputy Spokesperson for a Political Party from 2014 to 2015. Concurrently, they worked as a Parliamentary Spokesperson and Assistant to a Member of the Knesset from 2014 to 2016, where they managed PR, communication strategy, speech writing, and parliamentary discipline. David also collaborated with government offices, managed the interns program, and engaged in public affairs and fieldwork.

From 2016, David Anolik's career took a different direction as they joined Gitam BBDO. David started as a VP of Gitam IM and also served as a Strategic Consultant. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of VP of Communications and Business Development. In December 2021, they became the IM Chief Executive Officer at BBDO IM, specializing in managing complex relationships between organizations, their leaders, and stakeholders in the public, media, and regulatory spheres.

David Anolik attended Reichman University from 2011 to 2013, where they completed a BA program in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy. During their studies, they specialized in administration and leadership and communication. Following this, David pursued further education at Bar-Ilan University from 2014 to 2015, obtaining a Master's Degree in Law.
