Aashraya Rau is the founder of Illuminated and currently serves as a fellow at launch house and On Deck, where they contribute to fostering innovative projects. They have previously held a role in marketing and product development at Upbeing, where they focused on creating community tools and content for product articulation. Additionally, Aashraya interned with the Ministry of Women & Child Development and at Builderscart.com, gaining valuable experience in product growth and user interface design.
