Annagreth F.

Annagreth F. currently serves as the Director of Customer Success Management and Head of Strategic Accounts for EMEA Customer Success at GitHub, a position held since July 2021. Prior to GitHub, Annagreth was the Head of Strategic Accounts for EMEA Customer Success at Chef Software, where the focus was on transforming the EMEA customer success organization following the company's acquisition by Progress Software. Annagreth's career also includes significant roles at Red Hat, culminating in a managerial position in EMEA Strategic Customer Engagement, and contributions as a founding member of Red Hat's Global Customer Success organization. Earlier experiences include roles in various capacities, such as market researcher, PR editor, and freelance journalist. Annagreth holds an M.A. in German Language and Literature and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Augsburg, as well as a degree as a Systemic Consultant from the ICO Institut für Coaching & Organisationsberatung.
