Brooke Burdick

Brooke Burdick is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Customer Reliability Engineer III at GitHub since October 2024. Prior to this role, Brooke held the position of Senior Systems Administrator at Parachute Technology, Inc., where responsibilities included managing escalations for Mac, Jamf, and Google Workspace. At Ridgeline, Brooke was the first IT hire, contributing to team growth and mentorship. Previous roles include Apple IT Support at Western Nevada College, where significant improvements were made to Apple device management, and IT Generalist at Calico Labs following a residency program at Google. Brooke has extensive experience in technical support, project management, and customer service, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fort Lewis College.
