Emily Kratz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business program management, customer experience, and health management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Business Program Manager at GitHub since January 2022, Emily leads strategic transformations within the Revenue organization, collaborating with various departments to align expectations and deliver results. Prior to GitHub, Emily held leadership roles at Amplify Consulting Partners Inc. and Limeade, focusing on customer success, program delivery, and developing strategic partnerships. With a robust background in health and wellness consulting across multiple organizations, including Marsh & McLennan Agency and Willis, Emily has effectively implemented well-being initiatives and consulted with large enterprises to enhance employee engagement and health. Emily holds a Master's degree in Community Health Education from Minnesota State University-Mankato, alongside degrees in Exercise and Sport Science and Liberal Arts.
