Eric Bailey

Eric Bailey is a seasoned designer specializing in accessibility and design systems, currently serving as a Senior Designer at GitHub since August 2022. Prior experience includes a Senior UX Designer II role at Ad Hoc LLC, where responsibility included the development of the HealthCare.gov design system. Previous positions include Senior UX Designer at thoughtbot, where Eric led Design Sprints for startups and conducted user research, and as a Senior User Experience Designer at Cantina, focused on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines compliance.
