Gemma Clift

Gemma Clift is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Global Customer Success Director at GitHub since June 2022. Prior to this role, Gemma held several leadership positions at Micro Focus, including EMEA Customer Success Director, where management of a team of over 75 individuals focused on enhancing customer outcomes. Additional roles at Micro Focus included leading a team of Customer Success Managers for the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Earlier in a career spanning nearly a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Gemma excelled as a Customer Success Manager and managed various business operations related to software education, overseeing significant revenue generation and customer satisfaction initiatives. Gemma holds a degree in German and Languages from the University of Nottingham.
