Gina Madnani is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at GitHub since September 2022, Gina previously held the position of Software Development Manager at Shopify and Cognella. With a strong background in leading diverse teams and managing end-to-end project lifecycles, Gina excels in translating functional requirements into technical tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Java Engineer at Search Initiatives and as a Tech Lead at both Accenture and iGATE, where notable achievements included securing significant projects and successfully leading teams through complex development processes.
