Ian Marsh

Ian Marsh is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in field services, product management, and solutions architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Field Services for AMER East & GSI at GitHub since January 2018, Ian has held various roles within the company including Product Manager and Principal Solutions Engineer. Prior to GitHub, Ian contributed to MuleSoft as a Senior Solutions Consultant, focusing on integration platform as a service (iPaaS). Ian's career also includes significant positions at Mashery, Axway, Vordel Ltd., Northgate Information Solutions, Egg PLC, and EDS, where expertise spanned API management, security solutions, technical architecture, and e-business development. Ian holds a BSc in Maths, Statistics, and Computing from the University of Derby.
