James Dennes

James Dennes is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering across various organizations. Currently at GitHub since May 2013, James focuses on building GitHub Enterprise. Previously, at Campaign Monitor from May 2009 to May 2013, James developed numerous product features, including the REST API, and maintained open-source projects. James also served as a skateboarding instructor at Skateistan, contributing to technology-related projects and establishing the global headquarters in Berlin. Earlier roles include developing critical components of the Clarity Operational Support System at Clarity and working on a Human Resources Information System for the Ministry of Justice in Fiji. James began a career at Clarity as a Software Engineer and also gained teaching experience as a Computer Science Instructor at the University of Technology Sydney while completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
