Jenna Massardo

Jenna Massardo is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in customer success and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Success Architect at GitHub since July 2021, Jenna previously held the role of Senior Customer Success Architect at Styra and Lead Customer Architect at Chef Software, where the focus included providing architecture reviews and technical enablement. Jenna's extensive career also includes leadership positions at Jack Henry & Associates, where responsibilities spanned automation evangelism, team management, strategic planning, and process automation development.
