Jerry Cheung

Jerry Cheung is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Staff Engineering Manager at GitHub since July 2012, Jerry has progressed through various roles including Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer position at Intridea from 2010 to 2012 and an Application Engineer role at Coupa Software, where responsibilities included Rails development for procurement software. Earlier in the career, Jerry worked as a Programmer at UC Berkeley Residential Computing and as a technical intern at IBM focused on an internal search engine project. Jerry Cheung holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 2004 and 2008.
