Joe Oak

Joe Oak is a multidisciplinary designer currently working as a Senior Product Designer at GitHub, where they focus on creating simple, delightful experiences. Previously, they held the position of Senior Designer at Microsoft from 2020 to 2022, and prior to that, Joe worked at R/GA, serving as an Associate Designer and later as a Senior Designer, collaborating with high-profile clients such as Nike and Uber. Joe began their career as a Design Intern at Animal Studio in 2013. They earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University in 2014.
