Jon Kohler

Jon Kohler possesses extensive experience in engineering and technical solutions, particularly within data center environments and healthcare applications. Starting as a Microsoft Engineer II at Catholic Health Initiatives, Jon progressed to a Senior Data Center Engineer at OneNeck IT Solutions, where Jon designed advanced data center solutions and earned the VMware Certified Design Expert credential. At Nutanix, Jon advanced through multiple roles, ultimately leading engineering teams focusing on healthcare applications, hypervisor performance, and vertical applications. Jon also established Advisory Services within Nutanix, interfaced with strategic accounts, and contributed significantly to the Nutanix community and core product engineering. Prior roles include work as a Systems Engineer at Competitive Computing and a Senior Help Desk Technician at the University of Vermont, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems. Currently, Jon serves as a member of the Customer Advisory Board at GitHub.
