Kevin Xu

Kevin Xu is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at GitHub since June 2021, following progressive roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Full Stack Engineer at Supplyframe and a Clinical Teaching Fellow and Deputy Attorney at the New Business Community Law Clinic at Berkeley Law, where Kevin advised early-stage entrepreneurs on various legal matters and supervised law students. Additional roles include Fellow at the New Business Practicum at Berkeley Law, Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley, and several legal internships, including positions at Crunchyroll, Inc. and Diamond Foods, Inc. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from UC San Diego.
