Leslie Cohn-Wein

Leslie Cohn-Wein is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in design systems and frontend development. Currently serving as Staff Engineering Manager for Design Systems at GitHub, Leslie leads the team responsible for building Primer, GitHub's design system. Previously, as Engineering Manager for Growth at Netlify, Leslie managed a rapidly expanding team focusing on user activation and conversion, while also holding roles as Staff Frontend Engineer and Senior Frontend Engineer. Leslie has a history of collaboration and innovation, having worked at CANVAS United as Lead Front End Engineer, Resource/Ammirati as Front End Developer, and the Union for Reform Judaism in various communications roles. Leslie holds a BA in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Denver.
