Lindsay Moser

Lindsay Moser is currently the Chief of Staff for the Chief People Officer at GitHub, where they focus on building inclusive environments that promote productivity and well-being. Previously, Lindsay held various HR roles, including Recruitment Consultant, University Relations & Recruiting Manager, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Principal, where they specialized in college relations and talent acquisition. Lindsay's experience also includes leadership positions at Microsoft, developing recruitment strategies for the U.S. Subsidiary of Microsoft's Global Sales & Marketing Organization. They earned a BS in Psychology and an M Ed in Student Affairs/Higher Education from Iowa State University.
