Lyric Yu is a Senior Software Engineering Manager at GitHub, where they apply their extensive skills in software development. Previously, Lyric taught computer science to underserved youth as a CS First Guru/Instructor at Google Code Corps and served as a software engineering intern at Microsoft and IBM. Lyric also led initiatives in various capacities at Berkeley Codeology, directing a computer science club and spearheading industry outreach. They graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
