Marcelo Oliveira

Marcelo Oliveira is an accomplished product management executive with extensive experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as VP of Product Management at GitHub since November 2024, Marcelo has held similar leadership roles at Endor Labs and Virsec, where responsibilities included significant contributions to product strategy and management. Expertise encompasses leveraging security data, intelligence, and AI/ML to innovate within the cybersecurity industry. Prior experiences at Contrast Security and Symantec included roles such as VP of Product Management and Sr. Director of Product Management. Notably, during a decade at Cisco, Marcelo successfully turned around a $150M video infrastructure business and transitioned WebEx revenue to the cloud.
