Mary Peebles

Mary Peebles is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global staffing strategies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at GitHub since October 2021, Mary previously held various senior roles at Microsoft, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition. With a career that began at Ericsson and included positions at IBM Business Consulting Services and a startup, Mary has developed a comprehensive expertise in recruiting for large organizations, notably managing talent acquisition for a global IT workforce of 4,200. Mary holds an M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA in Liberal Arts from Virginia Tech.
