Melanie Barrett

Melanie Barrett is an experienced professional with a strong background in business strategy, finance, and partner programs. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Programs at GitHub since August 2019, Melanie previously held several key roles at Microsoft, including Senior Business Strategy Manager for Acquisitions & Partnerships and Business Program Manager for Azure Advanced Workloads. Prior to Microsoft, Melanie worked at J.P. Morgan and De La Rosa & Co. in Public Finance Investment Banking, executing significant bond financings for state and local governments. Melanie holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
