Mike Drexler

Mike Drexler is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information systems and solutions engineering. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Engineer at GitHub since June 2019, Mike has previously held significant roles, including Director of Information Systems and CIO at the Tennessee Department of Treasury, where leadership spanned operations for a $60B public sector organization, spearheading strategies, security improvements, and a $50M software package implementation. Prior experience includes executive IT consulting, account management, and advisory roles across various prominent organizations, including IBM and Deloitte Consulting. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix, complemented by foundational studies at Tennessee Technological University.
