Nicholas Liffen is a seasoned professional in software engineering and DevOps, currently serving as the Director of GitHub Advanced Security at GitHub. Previous roles include Tech Lead and Head of Global DevOps and Developer Experience at Eli Lilly and Company, as well as Software Engineering Team Lead and Global InnerSourcing Lead & Senior Developer. Nicholas has also held advisory positions in Information Technology at the University of Portsmouth. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the University of Portsmouth, graduating in 2016, and completed education at The Howard School from 2005 to 2012.
