Rachel Florence

Rachel Florence is an operations professional with extensive experience in program management and community building. They previously served as Marketing and Grant Coordinator at High Country Community Health and as Community Wellness Coordinator at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System, where they implemented health education programs. Rachel has also held positions as Field Operations Director at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA and as Executive Assistant at Search for Common Ground, where they managed administrative operations and led various projects. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Appalachian State University.
