Ronald Po

Ronald Po has extensive experience in customer success and operations management within technology and engineering sectors. Currently, Ronald serves as the Director of Premium Support at GitHub, focusing on optimizing customer value through support and resources. Previously, Ronald held the position of Senior Manager in the same division at GitHub. Prior to that, Ronald worked as Operations Support Manager at InEight Inc., enhancing project management software solutions. Additionally, Ronald gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant and Operations Lead at Tribal Group, and held engineering roles at Singapore Petroleum Company Limited and Singapore Refining Company Private Limited. Ronald holds an MBA from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Minor in Information Technology from Ateneo de Manila University.
