Sam Browning

Sam Browning is a Technical Writer at GitHub since August 2022, previously serving as an Emerging Technology Writer at wikiHow from September 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included researching and editing how-to articles on technology. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Davidson College, including a Summer Student Consultant in the Technology and Innovation Department, where Sam contributed to organizational and design improvements, as well as developed training programs and wrote instructional articles for the campus community. Earlier positions involved assisting with technological issues and providing writing support as a Writing Fellow. Sam's writing experience also includes video game reviews for Gaming Cypher. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Davidson College, earned in 2022, and a High School Diploma from University School of Milwaukee in 2018.
