Shikha Thakkar

Shikha Thakkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical and sales roles within the technology sector. As of June 2019, Shikha has been serving as the Director of Field Services for the AMER Corporate team at GitHub, leading initiatives across Digital Sales, SMB, and MidMarket. Prior to this position, Shikha held various roles at Salesforce, including Director of Field Services for SMB and Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering. Shikha began a career at GitHub as a Solutions Engineer, providing pre-sales and customer advisory support, and has also worked as a Systems/Solutions Engineer at EMC and as an IT Business Systems Analyst at Medtronic.
