Shlomo Bielak

Shlomo Bielak is currently the Head of Engineering for Operational Excellence and Cloud at PENN Interactive, where they strive to enhance IT practices while promoting sustainability in software delivery. With a rich background that includes roles as CISO and Head of Site Reliability Engineering at NCR Corporation, Shlomo has also served on various advisory boards including those of GitLab, Google, and DevNetwork. They have held leadership positions at organizations like theScore, CIO Association of Canada, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Previously, Shlomo gained extensive experience in network architecture and technical roles at companies such as Bell, Siemens, and AT&T. Through their career, Shlomo has focused on innovation and giving back to the engineering community.
