Early in their career, Steven served as the ESL Elementary Director at MBC Kids and Wise, responsible for hiring staff and creating multi-year curricula. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in International Relations from St. Mary's University, alongside a Texas Distinguished Diploma from Communication Arts High School.
